2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
2.1 Application of Statutory Rights:
If the Customer acts as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) when concluding a distance service contract, the Customer is entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with European and German consumer protection laws.
2.2 Withdrawal Period:
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, without the need to provide any justification.

4.2 Late Cancellations or On-Site Unsuitability:
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, or if the installation cannot proceed due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer or insurmountable site unsuitability identified upon technician arrival, the booking deposit may be retained to cover incurred administrative, scheduling, and logistical dispatch expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable German law.
5. Provider’s Right to Cancel or Modify Appointments
5.1 The Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify an appointment schedule due to unforeseen operational impediments, severe weather conditions, sudden technician incapacitation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 In such exceptional events, the Customer will be notified promptly, and an alternative appointment date will be arranged, or a full refund of the booking deposit will be issued if rescheduling is unfeasible.
